Soccer Recap: West Geauga Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

West Geauga kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 5-3 to the Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions. West Geauga were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

West Geauga hit Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Adison Cook, Cara Borz, and Brooklyn Osolin.

West Geauga has already played their next matchup, a 7-1 victory against Chardon on the 21st. As for Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Cardinal Mooney on the 18th.
