Soccer Recap: Onalaska Takes a Loss

Onalaska was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the Seton Catholic Cougars, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Onalaska can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 254th, while Seton Catholic are ranked 38th).

Onalaska's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Seton Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-0-3 record this season.

Onalaska will take on King's Way Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. King's Way Christian's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Onalaska's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Seton Catholic, they will challenge Fort Vancouver at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
