Basketball Recap: Willingboro Comes Up Short

Willingboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 43-32 loss to Pennsauken Tech. If the Chimeras were looking for revenge after losing 74-46 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Willingboro's record is now 0-7. As for Pennsauken Tech, their win ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-4.

Willingboro will face off against Bishop Eustace Prep at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pennsauken Tech, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Camden Academy Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
