Basketball Recap: Medford Comes Up Short

Medford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 26th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 59-41 bruising from the United South Central Rebels. The Tigers were probably out for revenge after losing 80-44 to them when the teams met back in February of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Medford's record now sits at 0-12. As for United South Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-10.

When Medford and United South Central next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Medford will take on Triton and their four-game winning streak at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, United South Central will try to stop Blooming Prairie's six-game winning streak when the meet at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
