Football Recap: Salem Takes a Loss

Salem suffered their biggest loss since November 1, 2024 on Friday. They were beaten by the Gloucester Fishermen 33-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Witches were not able to get on the board.

Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Gloucester, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Salem will face off against rival Saugus at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Gloucester is set to challenge their familiar foe Swampscott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
