James F. Byrnes not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Spartanburg Vikings 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant James F. Byrnes was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-13, 25-11.

Dezzi Rogers paced James F. Byrnes' offense, picking up four kills. Rogers got some help from Emerie Burroughs and her 15 assists. Afton Barnett controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

James F. Byrnes' victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 13-17. As for Spartanburg, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-19.
