Volleyball Recap: West Morgan Takes a Loss

West Morgan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Helena Huskies. The Rebels were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Huskies earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

West Morgan's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for Helena, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-12 record this season.

West Morgan will square off against St. John Paul II at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Helena, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Lincoln on the 20th.
