Volleyball Recap: Cornerstone Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Mountain Mission

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tri-Cities Christian, Cornerstone Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Mountain Mission Challengers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Lions not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-3, 25-20.

Cornerstone Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season.

Cornerstone Christian Academy has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Council on the 22nd. Hopefully Mountain Mission paid attention to the Lions' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on October 9.
