Basketball Recap: Palmyra Panthers vs. Weeping Water Indians
Palmyra lost against Weeping Water back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Palmyra Panthers fell 47-35 to the Weeping Water Indians. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Weeping Water was led to victory by Kalison Miller and Kaylea Mccaulley. Miller posted 15 points, while Mccaulley put up 11 points. The dominant performance gave Mccaulley a new career-high in points.
Palmyra's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Weeping Water, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-7.
Palmyra will host Fairbury at 6:00 p.m. on February 11th. As for Weeping Water, they will take on Sacred Heart on February 13th.
