Soccer Recap: Paramus Catholic Comes Up Short

Paramus Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to the Hackensack Comets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Paramus Catholic of the 4-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2018.

Paramus Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Hackensack, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 2-7-3.

Looking ahead, Paramus Catholic will welcome St. Joseph Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hackensack, they will take on Ramapo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ramapo will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Hackensack surely won't give up without a fight.
