Volleyball Recap: Santa Fe Gets the Win

Santa Fe lost to The Rock two weeks ago, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Raiders came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1.

Santa Fe had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-12, 25-13, 25-20.

Delaney Wingenbach paced Santa Fe's offense, picking up 16 kills. Wingenbach got some help from Gracyn Marshall and her 27 assists. Brooke Findley controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Santa Fe's win bumped their record up to 16-9. As for The Rock, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 19-8.

Santa Fe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for The Rock, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against DME Academy at 6:30 p.m.
