Basketball Recap: Pontiac Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

After losing to Herscher the last time they met, Pontiac decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Pontiac Indians took down the Herscher Tigers 46-29 on Tuesday.

Pontiac's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-11. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Herscher, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

When Pontiac and Herscher next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Pontiac will try to stop Cissna Park's four-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Herscher will take on Wilmington and their seven-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
