Recap: Mid-Pacific Institute Owls vs. St. Louis Crusaders
The Mid-Pacific Institute Owls and the St. Louis Crusaders squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but sadly the Mid-Pacific Institute Owls had to settle for second. They fell 67-54 to the Crusaders. Mid-Pacific Institute has not had much luck with St. Louis recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Mid-Pacific Institute's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Christopher Mason, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyson Norr, who scored 14 points.
Mid-Pacific Institute has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-18 record this season. As for St. Louis, they pushed their record up to 21-7 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Mid-Pacific Institute does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Louis also has no future games currently scheduled.
