Baseball Recap: Roncalli Catholic Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Roncalli Catholic's offense. They fell 4-0 to the Wahoo/Bishop Neumann Warriors on Tuesday. The Crimson Pride were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Roncalli Catholic got a good showing from Triston Granados, who pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Granados has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

Roncalli Catholic has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Wahoo/Bishop Neumann, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5.
