The Becker Bulldogs will take on the Monticello Magic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last four games Becker has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Becker turned things around against St. Anthony Village on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Huskies 7-5.

Meanwhile, Monticello got their first taste of in-conference action on Tuesday and they started things off strong. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over Princeton. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Magic as it put an end to their 11-game losing streak.

Josi Ordorff spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
