Basketball Recap: Alexandria-Monroe Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

It was a proper cat-fight when Alexandria-Monroe faced off against South Decatur on Friday. The Alexandria-Monroe Tigers came out on top against the South Decatur Cougars by a score of 48-37.

South Decatur lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Drake Scaggs, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 14 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Scaggs a new career-high in rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Karson Templeton, who posted 12 points and five rebounds.
