Soccer Recap: Chaffey Comes Up Short

Chaffey was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were one goals away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Norte Vista Braves. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Braves from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Chaffey's record now sits at 0-4-2. As for Norte Vista, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chaffey will be home for the holidays to greet Sierra Vista at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Norte Vista, they will host Claremont at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
