Soccer Recap: Hilliard Comes Up Short

Hilliard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Christ's Church Academy Eagles, falling 9-1.

Hilliard's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Christ's Church Academy, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4-2 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hilliard will take on Baker County in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Christ's Church Academy and Trinity Christian Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 7:20 p.m. on Monday.
