Football Recap: Canton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Canton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Salem Rocks, falling 61-6. The Cobras lost against the Rocks in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 30-6 score last time.

Salem had a senior duo take command as Drew Eisenbeis picked up 136 receiving yards and two TDs and Nye Turner Ii picked up 96 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Canton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Salem, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Canton will take on rival Novi at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Salem is set to square off against their familiar foe Northville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
