They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over the Lonoke Jackrabbits. The win was nothing new for Little Rock Christian Academy as they're now sitting on three straight.
Ally Hamaker was incredible, going 4-for-4 with three doubles, three RBI, and a run. Sadie Smith was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
On Lonoke's side, Melody Peppers put in work no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk).
