Softball Recap: Bohemia Manor Eagles vs. Elkton Golden Elks
Bohemia Manor made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Elkton, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Eagles put the hurt on the Golden Elks with a sharp 18-1 victory on Monday. The game marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season.
Lyla Wescoat (2027) made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
