Basketball Recap: Green County Comes Up Short

On Monday, the Green County Dragons came up short against the Male Bulldogs and fell 79-66.

Green County's loss dropped their record down to 19-3. As for Male, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season.

Green County and Male should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Kentucky Rankings. Green County (ranked 12th) will meet Central Hardin (ranked 78th) at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Green County is looking to tack on another W to their 11-game streak on the road. Similarly, Male will take on W.E.B. DuBois Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday up 109 places (30 vs. 139).
