Baseball Recap: Plainview Comes Up Short

Plainview fell victim to Chickasha and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Fighting Chicks, falling 8-0. The loss continues a trend for the Indians in their meetings with the Fighting Chicks: they've now lost three in a row.

Plainview's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Chickasha, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Coming up, Plainview will challenge Marietta at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chickasha, they will take on Elk City at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
