Volleyball Recap: Providence Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Providence and Indian Springs squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Providence had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the COYOTES.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 13-25, 25-7.

Leading Indian Springs to victory were Destiny Gonzalez and Daniella Martinez. Gonzalez had 23 digs and three aces, while Martinez had nine digs and two aces. What's more, Gonzalez posted two assists, the most she's had since back in September.

Providence dropped their record down to 3-11 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Indian Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-16 record this season.

Providence does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indian Springs, they will head out on the road to square off against Rosemead at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
