Flag Football Recap: Ringgold Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Ringgold's offense. They had to suffer through a 28-0 loss at the hands of the Heritage Generals. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Ava Murdock had a dynamite game For Heritage., rushing for 54 yards and one TD on only six carries, while also throwing for 54 yards and one touchdown while completing 71.4% of her passes. What's more, Murdock racked up six receiving yards, the most she's had over her last two contests.

Ringgold's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Heritage, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-11.

As of now, neither Ringgold nor the Generals have any future games scheduled.
