Basketball Recap: Nenana Takes a Loss

Nenana was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Galena Hawks, falling 48-18.

The victory got Galena back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nenana will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Tok on January 25th. As for Galena, they will head out on the road to take on Bethel at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
