Kingswood is 8-2 against Kennett since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Knights will challenge the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Kingswood has given up an average of 9.3 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Kingswood couldn't beat Coe-Brown Academy on Wednesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. The Knights lost 17-4 to the Bears. The Knights have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Cae B made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

Oyster River hit Kennett with a four-run second inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles came up short against the Bobcats, falling 13-0.

Kingswood's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Kennett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Everything went Kingswood's way against Kennett when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Kingswood made off with a 12-0 win. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
