Soccer Recap: Forest Lake Academy Comes Up Short

Forest Lake Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Bishop Moore Hornets, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 388th, while the Hornets are ranked 29th).

Forest Lake Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-2. As for Bishop Moore, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 17-2-2.

Forest Lake Academy will venture away from home to face off against Eustis at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bishop Moore, they will host Edgewater at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
