Football Recap: Towanda Comes Up Short

After soaring to 41 points the game before, Towanda was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a blow against the Athens Wildcats, falling 54-7. The Black Knights were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-7.

Towanda dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Athens, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.
