Baseball Recap: Circle Comes Up Short

Circle lost to Clearwater on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Thunderbirds took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. The Thunderbirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Circle now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Clearwater, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Circle will challenge Winfield at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clearwater, they will venture away from home to take on Andale on the 23rd.
