Softball Recap: Jim Ned Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hawley last Wednesday, Jim Ned came back down to earth. The Jim Ned Indians fell just short of the Wall Hawks by a score of 4-3 on Friday. The Indians were not able to make up for their loss to the Hawks from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Jim Ned now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Wall, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Jim Ned will challenge Wylie at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wall, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Wall Hawks face off against San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. They are facing San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy at the right time seeing as San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
