Marquette Catholic came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Roxana, but Aiden Stemm wouldn't allow it. The Shells walked away with a 51-42 victory over the Explorers on Tuesday for which the team can thank Stemm, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 11 boards. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least 15 points.

Roxana's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1. As for Marquette Catholic, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coming up, Roxana will face off against Maryville Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marquette Catholic, they will square off against Mater Dei at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Explorers' defense better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 59.5 points per game this season.
