Basketball Recap: Nathan Hale Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Nathan Hale lost against Central back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Nathan Hale Rangers received a blow as they fell 68-51 to the Central Braves. The Rangers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Joseph Pigram had an outrageously good game for Central as he went 8 for 13 on his way to 20 points in addition to seven boards and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Pj Robinson, who posted 15 points and five steals.

Nathan Hale's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-5. As for Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Nathan Hale will take on Bishop Kelley in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Central and Cascia Hall will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
