Volleyball Game Preview: Jamestown Muskies vs. Farrell Steelers

The Jamestown Muskies will take on the Farrell Steelers at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Jamestown lost 3-0 to Rocky Grove on Tuesday.

While Jamestown ultimately came up short, they really made Rocky Grove work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-12, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Farrell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lakeview.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-27, 25-18, 25-18.

Farrell's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Jamestown, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
