Basketball Recap: Heritage Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Heritage Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a blow against the United Christian Academy Eagles, falling 71-24. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Heritage Christian Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-32 back in January.

Heritage Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for United Christian Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-4.

Heritage Christian Academy will be playing at home against Eagle Ridge Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Heritage Christian Academy is facing Eagle Ridge Academy at the right time seeing as Eagle Ridge Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for United Christian Academy, they will face off against Mayer Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mayer Lutheran knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully United Christian Academy likes a good challenge.
