Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Dover couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They were beaten by the Chester-Seward Hambletonians 42-6 on Saturday. The Dragons' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Conor Drnek threw for 132 yards and one TD. Vinny Colombo was his top target, picking up 68 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Matt Ogana rushed for 31 yards.

Dover's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Chester-Seward, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Dover does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chester-Seward, they will face off against Bronxville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Hambletonians will need to watch out since the Broncos have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
