Softball Recap: Jacobs Golden Eagles vs. Dundee-Crown Chargers
There's no place like home for Jacobs, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the Dundee-Crown Chargers by a score of 7-3 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-7 back in April.
Skylee Ferrante spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on one hit and racked up nine Ks.
