Baseball Recap: Sacramento Takes a Loss

Sacramento was the 3-2 winner over Foothill when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Sacramento Dragons fell just short of the Foothill Mustangs by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sacramento saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyrone Archie, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Those two hits gave Archie a new career-high.

Sacramento's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Foothill, they moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coming up, Sacramento will take on San Juan at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Foothill, they will square off against Grant at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
