Walnut Grove posted their closest win since September 21, 2024 on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Walnut Grove had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 15-3.

The victory got Walnut Grove back to even at 1-1. As for Prince Avenue Christian, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
