Basketball Recap: Big Sky Comes Up Short

Big Sky lost against Butte back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Big Sky Eagles took a 54-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Butte Bulldogs.

Big Sky's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Butte, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Big Sky will square off against Capital at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Butte, they will head out on the road to challenge Helena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
