Softball Game Preview: Northwood Chargers vs. Chatham Charter Knights

The Northwood Chargers will face off against the Chatham Charter Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Northwood has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the match with four straight losses, while Chatham Charter will come in with three straight victories.

Chatham Charter pushed their record up to 9-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Northwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-14.
