Holy Cross dropped their record down to 8-13 on Monday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 11-1 to the Beechwood Tigers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last seven times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

As for Beechwood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games.

For Beechwood's part, Tyler Fryman was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI Fryman has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Arrasmith, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
