The Atlantic Collegiate Academy Armada are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will square off against the Mullins Auctioneers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Atlantic Collegiate Academy will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak dating back to last season.

Last Monday, Atlantic Collegiate Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Trinity Collegiate, taking the game 58-45.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Atlantic Collegiate Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaylen Bellamy, who posted 13 points. Jamie Brooks was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Meanwhile, Mullins faced St. James in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. Mullins came out on top against St. James by a score of 60-52. The victory was familiar territory for the Auctioneers who have now won three matches in a row.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy better keep an eye on Deyon Ford. He was instrumental in Mullins' win, going 16 of 26 on his way to 35 points and four steals. The dominant performance gave Ford a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amir Lee, who had nine points.

Atlantic Collegiate Academy's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points per game. As for Mullins, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
