Softball Recap: North Iberville Drops Season-High Score on Family Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Iberville). They came out on top against the Family Christian Flames by a score of 34-31 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Flames back in March, they had to take a 21-6 defeat.

North Iberville's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Family Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

North Iberville has already played their next contest, a 22-12 loss against East Iberville on the 9th. As for Family Christian, they will square off against Thibodaux at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Flames surely won't give up without a fight.
