Basketball Recap: Lutie Comes Up Short

Lutie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 78-15 defeat at the hands of the Bakersfield Lions. The matchup marked the Indians' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lutie's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Bakersfield, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.

Lutie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bakersfield, they will face off against Fordland at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
