St. Regis is 4-0 against Valley Christian since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The St. Regis Tigers will host the Valley Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Valley Christian took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on St. Regis, who comes in off a win.

St. Regis got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They were the clear victor by a 56-32 margin over Two Eagle River on Friday.

Meanwhile, Valley Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. The game between them and Seeley-Swan didn't end well, with Valley Christian falling 51-33. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 145th, while the Blackhawks are ranked 49th).

St. Regis will need focus on slowing down Bergen Wornath, one of several Valley Christian players who made an impact when they last played. She posted five points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Carmandee Coghlan, who scored eight points.

St. Regis now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Valley Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

St. Regis took their win against Valley Christian when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a conclusive 63-37. Does St. Regis have another victory up their sleeve, or will Valley Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
