Basketball Recap: Russell Snags Ninth Win in Last Ten Games

Russell extended their road winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Gabby Oborne. The Russell Red Devils managed a 57-51 win over the Raceland Rams on Saturday thanks in part to Oborne, who went 10 of 20 on her way to 37 points and six boards. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game.

Russell has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for Raceland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-7.

Russell will look to defend their home court on Monday against Blazer at 7:30 p.m. Russell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.3 points per game this season. As for Raceland, they will take on Martin County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
