Sandusky had lost five straight on the road dating back to last season, but  on Friday they dropped down to 2-4 to make it six. They came up short against  the Laker Lakers, falling  44-20. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing  44-16 to the Lakers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

 Despite the loss, Sandusky still got an impressive performance from   Chase Green, who rushed for 153 yards and one  TD on only 13 carries, and also picked up 39 receiving yards. The Wolves also got a significant boost from  Jack Betts, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 109 yards.
As for Laker, the  win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. The  victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.8 points on average this season.
 Laker's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Ben Levasseur, who threw for 286 yards and five  touchdowns while picking up 13.0 yards per attempt. The Lakers' leading receiver  Owen Reibling was  Levasseur's top target yet again, picking up 96 receiving yards and a pair of  scores.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sandusky is set to  take on  their familiar foe Caro  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Meanwhile, Laker will  face off against  rival Millington  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Lakers 7.8, the Cardinals 11.8) so any  points scored will be well earned.
