Volleyball Recap: Cedar Creek Takes a Loss

Cedar Creek suffered their biggest defeat since October 15, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Gateway College Preparatory Gators, falling 3-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cedar Creek took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-16, 25-22.

Cedar Creek's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Gateway College Preparatory, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedar Creek will host Elgin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gateway College Preparatory, they will take on St. Andrew's at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
