The Celina Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They fell to Van Wert 40-34. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Celina in their matchups with Van Wert: they've now lost four in a row.

Van Wert found their leader in underclassman Jazzlyn Florence, who scored seven points. Katie Deamicis was another key contributor, scoring nine points.

Celina's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Van Wert, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Celina is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Parkway at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Van Wert will be home for the holidays to greet Wayne Trace at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
